SOCKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL WHO ENTER OUR PLAYROOM
Children 6 months of age and younger
go free with purchase of a Child and adult combo ticket.
Every person entering our playroom must
follow our rules and policies to allow a
safe and fun environment for all.
*One adult free with child ticket. Additional
adults must purchase an additional
adult ticket. Some events are fully ticketed
meaning adults and children must have
purchased tickets.
*Please respect the time frame on your
ticket to avoid delays for the next time slot
guests
*Signed waivers are mandatory prior to
entry
into the playroom EACH time you come to
play
*Clean socks are mandatory, preferably
ones with grips to avoid slipping.
(available for purchase
at reception if needed)
*No running in the playroom
*No jumping off the play structure
*Proper use of equipment and toys at all
times
*No standing on chairs or tables at any
time
*Be kind always, to our staff and all inside
the playroom
*Any aggressive behaviour at any time will
not be tolerated and
will result in dismissal
of the playroom immediately
*Absolutely no food or drinks anywhere
in the playroom other
then at the designated food
and drink area at the table and benches
*Hands to yourself at ALL times-
no rough play tolerated at anytime
*Move around the playroom to allow
all a chance to play at each station
