How long can we stay?

Pre-Purchased tickets from our website guarantee your spot. Walk-in tickets are sold at the door pending available spots, and are always first come first serve on the hour every hour.

Do I need a pre purchased ticket?

You may Puchase a 1HOUR or 2 Hour ticket which allows a valid ticket for the timeframe purchased.

Is Hometown Hideout Playroom offering summer camps for 2024?

Unfortunately with the unforeseen delays with our extensive renovation we are unable to provide summer camp for 2024 with lack of time to orgaize and finalize our programs and counsellors. Keep an eye out January 2025 for summer camp and pd camp oppurtunities.

Are your staff CPR and First Aid trained?

Yes! All of our staff have UTD CPR and First Aid training.
